MEPs block EU from joining ACTA, the multi-nation anti-counterfeiting agreement, saying it breaches fundamental European freedoms and opens a door to surveillance.    

           

Few tears for ACTA, sharp words on the Cypriot EU Presidency and the outcome of the EU summit in June. And when can we finally start acting on climate change?
