The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development marks its 60th anniversary in the unique and uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic. We know we will get through this crisis. But just as the OECD transformed in the last decade by acting on the lessons of the 2008 financial crisis, so the coronavirus reminds us that we can build our world back better only if we work closely together. Recover together. Imagine together. Dare together.

Countries signal greater climate ambition but ‘step change’ needed on road to Glasgow. More than 70 heads of state showed stronger climate action at a virtual summit, but heavy lifting remains in 2021 to meet the ambition of Paris.

L'Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) célèbre son 60e anniversaire en cette période de pandémie de COVID-19, aussi unique qu’incertaine. Nous savons que nous allons surmonter cette crise. Mais tout comme l'OCDE s'est transformée au cours de la dernière décennie en tirant les leçons de la crise financière de 2008, le coronavirus nous rappelle que nous ne pourrons reconstruire notre monde « en mieux » que si nous travaillons tous ensemble, en étroite collaboration.
